The CLG specializes in loans slightly outside the box, we are not agency sellers so most of our loans represent agency fallout or FHA turn down's. Our goal is to be in every broker's product mix so your loan officers can offer all products available in the market place.
Underwriting
The CLG feels our Brokers are our Partners. We understand the need for fast underwriting as well as the need to have your questions answered immediately. We look at files with a common sense approach and view every file on its own merit. The borrower's ability to pay is, and will always be, our #1 objective.
Flow
This is where The CLG becomes the industry leader. We do same day approvals, same day docs and same day fundings. We have a belief that this is the greatest benefit we can offer our brokers.
